Ingredients

  • Spicy Chicken (thighs, breasts, or tenders)
  • Hot sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Flour (for gravy)
  • Chicken broth (or milk)
  • Chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions or your homemade biscuit recipe (around 425°F or 220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Bake biscuits for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Mix hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
