  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Veggies: Rinse and slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch rounds and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat It Up: In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle in the olive oil and allow it to warm up.
  3. Sizzle the Mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden.
  4. Add Zucchini and Garlic: Toss in the zucchini slices and minced garlic, stirring everything together for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season to Perfection: Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
