  • 6 slices Bacon (crispy)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing (homemade recommended)

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (or Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Remove the bacon and let it drain on a paper towel, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and fragrant.
  4. Pour your chili into the skillet with the sautéed veggies and stir well to combine.
  5. While the chili simmers, crumble the crispy bacon into bite-sized pieces.
