Crunchy Chicken Gyoza Alfredo

A delightful twist on comfort food, this Chicken Gyoza Alfredo combines crispy gyoza with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Gyoza (about 12 pieces)
  • Alfredo Sauce (1 cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup, freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gyoza by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and adding the frozen gyoza in a single layer. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Add a splash of water and cover to steam for tender, crispy gyoza.
  2. Prepare the Alfredo sauce by heating it in a separate saucepan over low heat. If making from scratch, melt 4 tablespoons of butter, add 1 cup of heavy cream, and whisk in 1 cup of grated Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Combine the warm Alfredo sauce with the cooked gyoza in the skillet. Gently toss to coat and let simmer for a minute to meld the flavors.
  4. Garnish by transferring to a serving platter and sprinkling with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs like parsley or basil. Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.

Notes

For variations, try adding sautéed spinach or broccoli, chili oil for heat, or substitute a dairy-free alternative for the sauce.
