Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo Bake

A cozy and flavorful casserole that fuses creamy Alfredo with a sweet and spicy twist from hot honey.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, hot honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer half of the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining pasta and finish with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and baked later. It’s also great for freezing leftovers.
