Cheesy Onion Ring Bake

A delightful dish combining crispy onion rings, hearty beef, and gooey cheddar cheese for a satisfying meal.

  • Store-bought or homemade onion rings
  • 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Layer half of the beef mixture, onion rings, and shredded cheddar cheese in a baking dish. Repeat the layering process.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes covered with foil, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add jalapeños for spice or use cauliflower for a low-carb option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
