Pretzel Buffalo Chicken Bake

A satisfying and crunchy dish featuring spicy buffalo chicken layered over a pretzel crust and gooey cheese.

  • 4 cups pretzels
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crumble the pretzels into coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing in a bowl.
  4. Assemble half of the crushed pretzels in a greased baking dish, then add the buffalo chicken mixture followed by the cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining pretzel crumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve with chopped green onions as garnish.

Notes

You can crush pretzels the night before and store them in an airtight container.
