  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cucumbers by slicing them into your preferred shape.
  2. Mix the brine in a bowl with water, white vinegar, ranch seasoning, salt, sugar, and optional dill until dissolved.
  3. Pack your cucumber slices into a clean, sterilized jar tightly.
  4. Pour the brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are completely submerged.
  5. Seal the jar tightly and shake gently. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.

Notes

Let the pickles sit for 48 hours for the best flavor. They can last up to 2-3 weeks when stored properly in the fridge.
