Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges or cubes.
  2. In a large serving bowl, layer the mixed greens.
  3. Add the burrata on top of the greens.
  4. Scatter the peach slices around the burrata.
