Ingredients

  • Toasted Bread (Sourdough, French, or Whole Grain)
  • Alfredo Sauce (Homemade or Jarred)
  • Pepperoni (Classic, Turkey, or Plant-based)
  • Cheese (Optional: Mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • Fresh Herbs (Optional: Basil or Parsley)

Instructions

  1. Prep your toast by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slicing your bread about an inch thick.
  2. Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce by melting 1/2 cup of butter, adding 1 cup of heavy cream, then whisking in 1-2 cups of grated parmesan.
