Pickle Popper Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded Chicken
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup, chopped Pickles
  • 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, for topping
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your chicken by shredding it and placing it in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can assemble the casserole ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just add an extra 10-15 minutes of baking time if taken straight from the fridge.
