Protein Dunkin Maple Donut Cheesecake

A protein-packed cheesecake that captures the nostalgic flavors of a classic maple donut without the sugar crash.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or your favorite flavor)
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • Seasonal flavor ingredients (like cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare an 8-inch springform pan and lightly grease it.
  3. Blend in a large mixing bowl Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), protein powder, and light cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Sweeten the mixture by gradually adding maple syrup (or chosen sweetener) and mix well.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 45-50 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Cool the cheesecake in the oven for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve by running a knife around the edges and releasing the springform pan. Top as desired.

Notes

This recipe is flexible; feel free to experiment with flavors and toppings. The cake can also be made dairy-free!
