  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen fruit (cherries, berries, peach, or melon)
  • ½ banana (fresh or frozen, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Clear your kitchen counter and assemble everything you need.
  2. Start with the Base: Pour 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla soymilk into your blender.
  3. Add the Frozen Fruit: Toss in ¾ cup of sliced frozen banana.
