Pizza Soup

A fun, flavorful twist on classic pizza in a comforting soup form, rich with marinara, pepperoni, and gooey cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni (chopped)
  • 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Crusty bread or croutons (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Pour about 4 cups of chicken broth into a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of marinara sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add 1 cup of chopped pepperoni and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in 1 to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella until melted.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls, topping with additional mozzarella and pepperoni.
