Delicious Smoothie Bowls

Energizing and colorful smoothie bowls made with just five ingredients for a fun and healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Nut Butter (almond or hazelnut)
  • Yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
  • Oats (rolled)
  • Plant Milk (almond, coconut, or oat)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your blenders: Gather your blender and all your ingredients.
  2. Blend the Base: Start with 200g of your chosen fruit, add 100g of yogurt, then 30g of oats, and pour in 150ml of plant milk.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of almond butter if you like it nutty and blend until creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or dates if desired.
  5. Set the desired texture with more oats or milk as needed.
  6. Pour into a bowl.
  7. Top off with sliced bananas, fresh berries, granola, seeds, and a drizzle of nut butter.
  8. Enjoy your smoothie bowl!

Notes

Experiment with different fruit combinations and toppings. You can prep the ingredients the night before for a quick blend in the morning.
