  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Plain Kefir (240 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (16 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional) (15 ml)
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything you need.
  2. Add spinach to the blender first.
  3. Banana time, add in the frozen banana.
  4. Pour in the kefir.
  5. Spoon in peanut butter for flavor.
  6. Add honey if desired.
  7. Add ice cubes if you want a chilled smoothie.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  10. Serve in a glass or to-go cup.

Notes

For added texture, garnish with granola or chia seeds. You can also adjust the ingredients based on your preferred taste.
