Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 apple (cored and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering fresh items.
  2. Add the spinach to your blender.
  3. Toss in the frozen banana.
  4. Spoon in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Pour in the almond milk.
  6. Add the sliced apple.
  7. Sprinkle in the chia seeds.
  8. Drizzle honey if using.
  9. Grate in the fresh ginger.
  10. Blend, blend, blend until smooth and creamy.
  11. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  12. Serve chilled.
