A deliciously refreshing smoothie bowl that captures the essence of summer with strawberries and lemons.

  • 1.5 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries and banana) for topping
  • Granola (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend it all together: In your trusty blender, add the frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth and creamy!
  2. Check the consistency: Once blended, stop and give it a taste. If you’d like it sweeter, add a sprinkle more of maple syrup, or for more tartness, a splash more lemon juice. Blend again until fully mixed.
  3. Scoop and serve: Scoop the smoothie into your favorite bowl.
  4. Get creative with toppings: Slice fresh strawberries and bananas. Arrange them on top of the smoothie in a pretty pattern.
