  • 1 Pound Cleaned and Hulled Strawberries
  • 1 Liter (4 Cups) Coconut Water
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • Watermelon Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your watermelon ice cubes: Blend a few cups of fresh watermelon until smooth, pour into ice cube trays, and freeze.
  2. Make strawberry puree: Toss your cleaned and hulled strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix the ingredients: Add coconut water, lime juice, and agave nectar to the blender with the strawberry puree and blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust: Taste your mixture and adjust lime or agave as needed.
  5. Serve it up: Place watermelon ice cubes in glasses and pour strawberry mixture over them.
