Summer Watermelon Spinach Salad

A vibrant and refreshing summer salad combining juicy watermelon, fresh spinach, salty feta, and crunchy almonds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup sliced or chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the watermelon, rinse the spinach, and toast the almonds if desired.
