Waffle Fry Chicken Alfredo Bake

A comforting dish with crispy waffle fries, tender chicken, and creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Waffle Fries
  • Chicken Breasts (2-3)
  • Alfredo Sauce (2 cups)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Seasoned Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by mixing olive oil, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken breasts in this mixture.
  3. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Make the waffle fry base by spreading the frozen waffle fries in a 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Mix the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl until everything is well coated.
  6. Assemble the bake by pouring the chicken and sauce mixture over the waffle fries.
  7. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  9. Enjoy! Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions for added flavor. A side salad pairs well with this dish.
