A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring sweet watermelon, creamy feta, and aromatic basil, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Cube the feta cheese and crumble it over the watermelon.
  3. Slice the basil leaves into thin ribbons.
  4. Combine the watermelon, feta, and basil in a large bowl and gently toss.
  5. Dress the salad with balsamic glaze, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute feta with crumbled tofu for a dairy-free version. For a sweeter salad, add more balsamic glaze.
