  • 1 pound Ground Meat (Beef, Turkey, or Chicken)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 23 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • Rice (White, Brown, or Cauliflower)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together 1 pound of ground meat, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1-1.5 inches in size and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are golden and cooked through.
  5. Mix 1/4 cup of honey and 2-3 tablespoons of Sriracha in a small saucepan over low heat until combined and warmed through, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Prepare the rice according to package instructions or sauté cauliflower rice in olive oil until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Assemble your bowls starting with a bed of rice, topped with meatballs and Sriracha honey sauce, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For a twist, use mixed greens or noodles instead of rice, and adjust Sriracha to taste if you prefer less heat.
