Garlic Bread Buffalo Chicken Melt

A delightful combination of crunchy garlic bread and spicy buffalo chicken, topped with gooey cheese and fresh green onions.

Ingredients

  • Garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Melty cheese (mozzarella or pepper jack)
  • Green onions or chives
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of garlic butter on both halves of your garlic bread.
  3. Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  5. Assemble the buffalo chicken mixture onto the baked garlic bread, add cheese and green onions.
  6. Melt the cheese in the oven for another 5–7 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap chicken for roasted cauliflower or use BBQ sauce for a different flavor. For a keto option, opt for low-carb bread.
