Honey Garlic Salmon Pasta

A flavorful pasta dish featuring succulent salmon, al dente noodles, and a sweet honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Fresh Salmon
  • 8 ounces Pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • ½ cup Honey Garlic Sauce
  • Fresh Veggies (optional, e.g., snap peas, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Lemon Wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your pasta. Cook until al dente, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Pat your salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Let the fish sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat, then place the salmon skin-side down. Cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add additional olive oil if needed to the same skillet, toss in fresh veggies, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the honey garlic sauce. Mix in reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Combine the drained pasta and sautéed veggies in the skillet, tossing to coat. Flake the salmon and mix gently.
  7. Plate the pasta, topping with salmon and serving with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute regular pasta with gluten-free varieties. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
